Research profile & search criteria then expectations & requirements
Evaluate skill set, pre screen and complete briefing the candidate
Share suitable candidates to be vetted by the client for the drive
Co ordinate at client place or our office for final interview drive
Receive feedback on selection and handover selected candidates to onboarding team
Receive selection form sourcing and release offers
Inform candidates of place of joining & required documents
Complete joining & KYC formalities basis joining checklist
Issue ID cards and temporary esic cards to joined employees
Ensure issuance of salary slips, UAN ESIC info is given
Along with regular visits to client place, dedicated spoc for employee queries
